The Planning Process

We’ve carefully designed our four-step planning process to be easy and hassle-free. We ask that you complete a basic questionnaire, and that’s it! We’ll stay in touch with you throughout the creation of your itinerary so that you can provide feedback and watch your plans take shape.

How it Works

Itineready New York is currently on hiatus and not accepting customers at this time. For more information about future plans for Itineready, the possibility of an itinerary service for London, or to contact Itineready, visit our About Itineready page.

1. You start by completing a basic questionnaire The information you provide allows us to get to know your personal traveling style, budget, likes/dislikes, and ideas about your desired experience. Payment is due when you submit your questionnaire. We ask that you submit your questionnaire at least three weeks before the start of your trip. If your trip is less than three weeks away, please contact Itineready to see if we can accommodate your request for our customized itinerary service.

2. After we receive your completed questionnaire and payment, you will be contacted by an Itineready travel professional who will follow up on the information provided in your questionnaire.

3. We get to work creating your itinerary. We stay in contact with you throughout the planning process and provide you with a rough draft of your itinerary as it’s being created. This allows you to give your feedback during the planning process and ensures that your itinerary and your vacation plans are shaping up in the way you desire. If you prefer not to participate in the planning process and would rather your itinerary is based solely on the information provided in your questionnaire, that’s fine too.

4. We put together your completed travel package including your itinerary, maps, brochures and guides, tipsheets, discount passes, etc. and send it to you via Priority Mail service. After you receive and review the package, you’re welcome to call and discuss it further with your Itineready travel professional.
